Pre ceremony
- Visit to Brides residence.
- Visit to Grooms residence.
Ceremony
- Ceremony covered by three cameras and operators.
- Picture in Picture of the ceremony on finished production. (When appropriate and if possible)
- Signing of the register.
- General shots after the ceremony.
- Leaving for reception. (The other cameras are already at reception to capture arrival)
Afternoon reception
- Reception covered by two cameras.
- Speeches.
- Cutting the cake.
- General shots.
Evening reception
- Evening reception covered by two cameras.
- The first dance.
- Evening speeches.
- Best wishes from the guests* (second camera placed in side room for guests to leave their best wishes on video for the Bride & Groom. This is usually played on the movies outplay)
- DVD Bonus feature, plus video for mobile** Also uploadable video file compatible with mobile phone devices.
Evening presentation
Highlights of your ceremony are played at the evening reception on our cinema screen for all your guests.
Golden Globe Package

The Golden Globe Package is covered by two cameras and includes three DVD recordings of the event. DVD running time: approx 60 mins

Why not invite your guests with a dvd wedding invitation! we will spend half a day with you filming on location at your ceremony venue and reception venue, with a little bit of how you met rolled in to it as well. Why not present your guests with a Thank you DVD after your big day. We will add your bonus feature to the DVD with a message from you thanking them for attending and celebrating your big day with you. Each DVD is personalised to the guests name from you to them!! No min order @ £5.00 each.
Bonus Feature
Bonus feature added to your DVD and video for mobile. (We will create a stunning video sequence which will be added to your DVD menu, featuring the full day edited down to a song of your choice. We will also provide you with a data CD with the same video sequence rendered as an mp4, and 3gp file, to which you can upload to your mobile phone) £100.00
We will also, if you wish, upload your 3gp file to www.youtube.com so family and friends from around the world can see highlights of your big day.
Payment
A 20% deposit is required upon booking, This guarantees your day is booked. We accept Cash or cheque. The deposit is for us to obtain any licences required to shoot the video, and to cover the cost of the music licence (see below). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date.
Turn around
Your wedding video is usually edited and ready within 2 weeks after the wedding day.
Music licences
This must be obtained prior to video editing and production. So it is advised to have your music selection in to us as soon as possible so we can apply for your music licence. The cost of the music licence is included in your chosen package.
